We chose the M25 Nylon Cable Gland for a new electronic product, for which we had to undergo long certification process before bringing to market. The first deliveries in 2024 worked well, with only a few minor quality issues (mold fill defects). However, starting in 2025, the new deliveries showed increasing quality problems, including surface defects and poor material quality. The company did not offer replacements and even ignored new orders. We had to stop our production. They later stated that the mold was defective and under repair. Our contact person did not respond for many weeks and was unable to say when the M25 parts would be available again. Months later, we were informed that the mold was still not functioning and that they could no longer supply this product. For anyone planning to use this company’s products long term, I cannot recommend them. The customer service is unreliable—you have to wait weeks for a response, and even then, many questions remain unanswered.
